- Who is my advisor?
If you are a graduate student, upon admission you will be given an advisor. Email Genie Hanson if you do not know who your advisor is. If you are an undergraduate student, Myra Cook is your advisor.
- How can I change advisors?
Graduate students don't generally change their initial, temporary advisor, until they form their graduate committee. Go here for more information on forming a graduate committee. If you already have a permanent advisor and want to change because you are not making progress, contact the Department Head. Email Genie Hanson if you have additional questions. Undergraduates do not have the option of changing advisors.

- Is financial aid available?

- Are jobs with the department available?

- Who does what kind of research?

- Are research assistantships available?
Generally, individual professors who have research funds to pay the salaries of research assistants do the hiring of those assistants. It is not a departmental matter.
- When will my grades be posted?
All grades will be submitted within 96 hours after the final examination for the course.
