- Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or its possessions.
- Must be an undergraduate, who will be a junior or senior in the Fall semester of 2010 with a major in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related field.
- Must have an overall GPA of at least 3.0 and a strong background in Mathematics and basic Computer Science.
